There will be a one time tumbling and conditioning class taught at the FGC circus studio by Natasha Obrovin, an experienced gymnastics and tumbling coach from Nix Gym.

 

This is a great chance to work on tumbling skills and physical exercises that are very useful in getting to the next level for many circus goals like tumbling, trampoline, handstands, partner acrobatics, etc. 

 

Jon highly recommends this class to all green troupers looking to take their skills to the next level.

Zeb's trampoline coaching has been described as "transformative" or "a must-do experience". 

 

For this workshop, please already be comfortable doing a back tuck on trampoline.
